About the Role
As a UI/UX Product Designer, you will shape the overall user experience and visual direction of our digital products and enterprise applications. You will turn complex user workflows into clean, intuitive, and delightful interfaces.
You’ll work collaboratively with product managers, developers, and stakeholders from concept research through high-fidelity prototyping and final implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, persona creation, wireframing, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
- Design scalable design systems, UI components, and high-fidelity interfaces using Figma.
- Collaborate closely with front-end developers to ensure design integrity and seamless implementation.
- Analyze usability feedback and metrics to continually iterate and optimize product experiences.
Requirements & Skills
- 3+ years of professional product design experience building web and mobile applications.
- Expert proficiency in Figma, design systems, and modern interactive prototyping tools.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design processes from user problem to solution.
- Solid understanding of HTML/CSS constraints and responsive web design principles.
